We are a boxing-based fitness studio that takes an individualized approach to working out. Regardless of your experience or fitness level, our workouts are designed for you.

Our Marietta fitness studio sets itself apart from other gyms by doing things a bit differently. Whereas other classes get repetitive and boring over time, we always keep our workouts fresh and exciting. They consist of boxing and kickboxing as well as functional training exercises. Are you looking to burn fat? Increase muscle tone? Boxing can help you do both, as well as increase cardiovascular fitness, improve muscular endurance, improve core stability, and more. Boxing has proven over and over again to be one of the most effective forms of exercise. At RockBox Fitness Marietta, we make our classes accessible to everyone. Absolutely no experience is required, and most of our new members have never boxed or kickboxed prior to taking one of our classes. Our certified coaches will show you how to wrap up your hands and teach you the six punches and three kicks you’ll need to know for our workouts. And once class starts, they’ll be there to guide you and cheer you on.

Our 50-minute classes consist of punching, kicking, pushing, pulling, and, of course, sweating. Our iPad kiosks have over 900 exercises loaded into them, so you can expect a different workout with every visit. This will ensure you don’t get bored and your body is always challenged. And though each workout will vary, some will have you using dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, pullup bars, or bodyweight exercises. On average, members burn 1000+ calories from our classes, and new members have reported losing up to 25 pounds in the first six weeks with regular attendance.
