At our Cypress fitness studio, all you need to do is show up. Our workouts
consist of both boxing and kickboxing and then mix in functional training

and more to help you crush your workout goals. Our iPad kiosks have over
900 exercises loaded into them, so you can be sure that no matter how
frequently you come in, you’ll always be doing something different.

Another distinct feature of our Cypress gym is our community. We offer
a judgment-free zone void of mirrors, and there is no competitive element
to our workouts. Every member is on their own fitness journey and has
their own unique goals. Our trainers and fellow members support one another
throughout the 50-minute workout and celebrate each other’s victories.
