No Experience Necessary
We understand that the words “boxing” and “kickboxing”
can be intimidating to some. Many of our members had never punched or
kicked before taking one of our classes. At RockBox Virginia Beach, absolutely
no experience with boxing or working out is required. Before your first
class, one of our trainers will walk you through what to expect. They’ll
show you how to wrap your hands and teach you the punches and kicks you’ll
need to know for our workouts. During class, they’ll be right there
with you. Our classes are truly for every body.

Boxing is one of the best forms of exercise and can help you burn fat,

results will vary from one person to the next, our 50-minutes sessions
