step into our studio, you’ll find members of all ages and body types.
We skip the mirrors and never compete with one another. Instead, we encourage
and cheer each other on. Our fitness trainers are each certified and have
extensive experience, and they are always happy to answer any questions
you may have. If it’s your first time, you’ll receive one-on-one
instruction to prepare you for the class.
Each workout is 50 minutes and features a mix of boxing, kickboxing, and
functional training exercises. Every workout is different, and some will
have you working with kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, pullup bars, and
more. Because our workouts are always fresh, you’ll never get bored
and you’ll always be challenged. This is the best way to ensure
you crush your goals, no matter what they may be.
