Discover A New Way to Workout
No matter what level of experience you have – or whether you have none at all – our certified fitness trainers will make sure you are fully prepared for our classes. They’ll show you everything you need to know about boxing and kickboxing as well as any other movements or exercises you will encounter in class. Throughout the 50-minute workout, they’ll be there to guide and support you. Whether this is your first class or your 100th, our fitness trainers will be by your side working out with you and cheering you on.
Our Certified Fitness Trainers
When you’re taking one of our kickboxing fitness classes, you’re not in it alone. Our certified trainers offer both the passion and expertise that drive each workout. Each is professionally certified and accredited and has years of boxing and kickboxing experience. They also must go through rigorous in-house apprenticeship before being allowed to teach and lead a RockBox class. Our founders make absolutely sure they are ready for our kick-ass RockBoxers.
Our Kickboxing Fitness Studio
Going to the gym to do the same workout every day? Nope – not for us. Our studios are unique, as they feature all of the equipment and heavy bags you would expect for a cardio-intensive boxing and kickboxing workout, plus insane amounts of functional training tools. And most importantly– we rock. We have high-end sound and light systems installed in every studio to rock the tunes and the vibes to keep you pushing hard.
What you won’t find in our studios are mirrors. We offer a judgement-free environment with workouts that are all about you. Everyone is on their own fitness journey and has their own goals, so whether you are a gym regular or a first-timer, you’ll move at your own pace and never be in competition with anyone other than yourself. Though every workout is different, all of them will keep you moving and improving. This, and our lifetime of experience, is the key to creating workouts that get you results.
