Looking to lose weight, tone up, and feel like your absolute best self? RockBox Fitness’s Body Transformation programs are designed to meet you where you are in your fitness journey and amplify your results to the next level. Select studios host these programs throughout the year for both current and new members to jumpstart their fitness and get back on track.

While every program is different, each usually lasts between four and six weeks and helps to bring lasting results to your body. During this time, you can expect the workouts to be fun and challenging and your accountability coach to stick with you closely. It’s a team effort to get you to be where you want to be!

More Than Just Weight Loss

Though many of our body transformation programs help our clients lose weight, that is not the only goal. If weight loss isn’t your primary objective, no worries! We also host programs based on strength training, muscle building and toning, and overall lifestyle changes. Everyone is on their own fitness journey and will have various goals. Our fitness coaches are dedicated to helping you reach them, whatever they may be. Our body transformation programs are developed with this in mind and are great for all fitness levels.
