We keep things fresh by mixing boxing and kickboxing with functional training
exercises that include free weights, pullup bars, bands, and more. This

class. One of our certified trainers will show you how to wrap your hands
and teach you the six punches and three kicks you’ll encounter during
our workouts. During class, we’ll be guiding you through each move
