What to Expect
Wondering what to expect when you arrive for your first RockBox class?
We ask that all first timers arrive 30 minutes early so that we can show
you how to wrap your hands and teach you the six punches and three kicks
you’ll encounter in our classes. Our certified trainers will answer
any questions you have to make sure you are fully comfortable before class begins.
Each of our workouts is 50 minutes long and consists of boxing, kickboxing,
and functional training. They change every day, so you’ll never
get bored and you’ll continually be challenged. On average, our
clients burn over 1000 calories from one of our workouts. And if you’re
looking to lose weight, many of our members have lost up to 25 pounds
after just six weeks of working out in our studio. Though results will
vary, one thing won’t: We’re confident you’ll have fun,
look great, and feel even better.
