Fitness classes are a dime a dozen. From generic gyms to sports training facilities to small studios, there are a variety of options available to you, and they all offer much of the same. At RockBox Fitness Bowling Green, we do things a bit differently. We are a boxing-based fitness studio that offers an individualized approach to fitness. Our fun and motivating classes are a great way to eliminate stress and increase energy so that you can take on more of the challenges life throws your way.

Our group workouts are unlike any you’ve ever tried before. Consisting of boxing moves and functional training exercises that target every area of your body, our workouts are for every fitness level. Never boxed before? No problem. Absolutely no experience is required. All you need to do is show up and our trainers will teach you everything you need to know. We’ll provide the motivation, you provide the perspiration.

What to Expect

Wondering what to expect when you arrive for your first RockBox class? We ask that all first timers arrive 30 minutes early so that we can show you how to wrap your hands and teach you the six punches and three kicks you’ll encounter in our classes. Our certified trainers will answer any questions you have to make sure you are fully comfortable before class begins.

Each of our workouts is 50 minutes long and consists of boxing, kickboxing, and functional training. They change every day, so you’ll never get bored and you’ll continually be challenged. On average, our clients burn over 1000 calories from one of our workouts. And if you’re looking to lose weight, many of our members have lost up to 25 pounds after just six weeks of working out in our studio. Though results will vary, one thing won’t: We’re confident you’ll have fun, look great, and feel even better.
