Our Workout Overview
Dynamic Boxing & Kickboxing Workout Classes
Our boxing-based fitness classes feature a dynamic combination of boxing and kickboxing with functional strength training.
In order to keep your workouts challenging, our boxing classes for adults (and teens) keep things fresh with a different workout every day.
Fusing Kickboxing & Boxing with Traditional Workouts
At RockBox Fitness, our personal trainers fuse boxing and kickboxing moves with functional training exercises for a full-body burn that targets every muscle group.
How Our Kickboxing Classes Work
Each class is 50 minutes long and changes every day.
You’ll circulate through two different boxing stations for half of the class, and rotate through 8-12 iPad kiosks, each with a different functional exercise, for the other half.
Each kiosk has over 900 different exercises loaded into them, ensuring variety with every class.
During any given workout, you can expect to punch, kick, push, pull, and more. Some workouts will incorporate kettlebells, dumbbells, benches, pull-up bars, and bands.
