Transforming the Way You Work Out
Tired of hot, busy gyms or uninspired workout routines? Our Lexington fitness
studio is for you. In fact, we are for everyone, regardless of fitness
level. Our individualized approach means that you can move at your own
pace without the pressure of keeping up with others. Every member is on
their own fitness journey and our certified trainers want to help you
every step of the way.
Our classes are 50 minutes long and consist of boxing, kickboxing, and
functional training exercises. You’ll punch, kick, push, pull, and
sweat, and some classes will involve dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, pullup
bars, and bodyweight exercises. Every area of your body will be targeted
and every muscle group will be worked.

in our studio and you’ll never be in competition with anyone. We
welcome people with no prior boxing experience, as we’ll show you
how to wrap your hands and teach you the six punches and three kicks you’ll
