Our Keller fitness studio consists of boxing, kickboxing, and many other classes. We will lead you through exciting new exercises that target every muscle group. At RockBox Keller, we go above and beyond to make our classes accessible to everyone. A vast majority of our new members are first-timers to the world of boxing or kickboxing. Our certified coaches will go over each step. We always prioritize safety by following cautious protocols. You will learn how to wrap your hands and punch/kick properly.
Every class is 50-minutes long. We promise to deliver dynamic, challenging workouts that combine punching, kicking, pushing, pulling, and burning calories. We also incorporate workout equipment, such as bands, pullup bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, and body weights. On average, members burn over a thousand calories at each class, and we’ve witnessed new members losing up to 25 pounds in the first six weeks alone!
