Since our boxing-based classes are unlike anything you’ve probably tried before, the best way to understand what we are all about is to experience our workout for yourself. RockBox Fitness Spring offers a free trial class for all new members. No pressure, no commitment – just 50 minutes of punching, kicking, and sweating. Don’t have any boxing experience? No problem! Just arrive 30 minutes before the start of class and we will show you how to throw the nine punches and kicks you’ll encounter. Our Spring fitness trainers will also discuss your goals, show you how to wrap your hands, and explain the other elements of our workout. We are confident that you’ll have fun and will be rocking your new confidence in no time.
