This workout is for everyone at every level. We don’t pit you against one another and we don’t judge. This workout is all about you. Your workout, your way. Your input, your results.
Yep. We wrap our hands just like a pro (don’t worry, we teach you how). We do it because it’s safer, stronger and it just takes the workout to a whole new level. Now get ready to workout hard and hit harder.

Jab! Cross! Hook! Uppercut! Combo! No pulling punches or wild swings in here. If you don’t know what those mean, don’t worry, we start you with a free private orientation session and teach you how to hit like a real boxer. Real boxing technique will work muscles you never realized you had. FYI, we hit bags, not people. You’ll NEVER get hit, just unbelievably fit.

You’ll use your entire body when you throw a high roundhouse kick. You’ll also feel the power you possess. Catching the heavy bag flush with your kick is a feeling you have to experience to appreciate. It’s a true Bruce Lee moment.

Actually, push it, pull it, flip it, slam it, throw it, and lift it. Our workouts contain functional training exercises to work every part of your body and deliver a TOTAL-BODY workout. And, they can all be modified to any level of fitness, beginners to life-long athletes. Weight sleds, medicine balls, agility ladders, jump boxes, TRX, kettlebells, BOSU, dumbbells – you name it, we use it to ensure your success. You’ll develop power and strength…and yes, some sweet guns and killer abs too.
