exercises loaded onto them, ensuring that you’ll never get bored
and your body will always be challenged. Most workouts begin with boxing
and kickboxing and then mix in functional training exercises. These may
involve free weights, pullup bars, bands, and other equipment. When the
50-minute session is over, you’ll have worked every area of your
body and targeted every muscle group.
Worried about not having any boxing or kickboxing experience? Don’t
be. Absolutely none is necessary for our classes. In fact, many of our
members had never punched or kicked before joining our studio. Before
your first class, one of our certified trainers will show you how to wrap
up your hands and teach you the six punches and three kicks you’ll
