Every class we offer is 50-minutes long. You’ll rotate between two boxing stations and 8-12 iPad kiosks during each workout. Each kiosk offers over 900 different exercise possibilities to provide remarkable variety. Our certified coaches always prioritize safety by adhering to rigorous protocols.

We incorporate bands, kettlebells, pullup bars, dumbbells, body weights, and other equipment into each workout. Don’t be shy to reach out and inquire about our boxing-based classes. We even invite you to join us for a complimentary workout to get a free, firsthand experience.
