What to Expect
So you’re ready to try your first class? We can’t wait to show
you what we are all about! We ask first-timers to show up at our Cary
fitness studio 30 minutes before the class start time so that we can show
you everything you need to know. We’ll teach you how to wrap your
hands as well as the six punches and three kicks you’ll encounter.
Prior to the start of the workout, you’ll warm up to get your blood
flowing, and following the workout, you’ll have some time to cool off.
Each workout is 50 minutes long and involves both boxing and kickboxing
followed by functional training. Some workouts involve dumbbells, kettlebells,
bands, pullup bars, and bodyweight exercises. Our iPad kiosks have over
900 different exercise options, so you can be sure that you’ll never
do the same workout twice. This eliminates boredom and ensures you’re
always challenging your body.
