Each of our Lubbock fitness classes is 50-minutes long and starts with
boxing and kickboxing. We then add in functional training exercises which
may involve dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, pullup bars, and body weight

Don’t have any boxing or kickboxing experience? No problem. Absolutely
no experience is needed at RockBox Lubbock. In fact, many of our members
had never punched or kicked prior to taking our class. Our certified trainers
will show you how to wrap your hands and then teach you the six punches
and three kicks you’ll encounter in our classes.
