No Experience? No Problem
At our Powell fitness studio, no prior experience is required. Many of
our members have never boxed or kickboxed before and had no idea where
to even start. Before your first class, our trainers will show you how
to wrap up your hands and then teach you the six punches and three kicks
you’ll need to know for our classes. And once the 50-minute session
begins, they’ll be right in front to guide you through.
What Makes Us Unique?

and kickboxing moves and then incorporates functional training exercises,
