What to Expect During Class
RockBox Scottsdale classes are approximately 50 minutes long and begin
with getting wrapped up and warmed up. The first portion of the class
will involve boxing and kickboxing, followed by functional training exercises.
These range from bodyweight exercises to free weights to bands. Our iPad
kiosks have over 900 exercises loaded into them, so you can expect a fresh
workout with every visit. Following the workout, you’ll have some
time to cool down. And then it’s time to bask in the exhilarating
feeling that comes with finishing one of our classes.
No Experience? No Problem
Many of our members had never boxed or kickboxed before taking their first
class. We invite people of all ages and experience levels into our studio.
No boxing or fitness experience is necessary, as we’ll show you
all you need to know. We just ask that you arrive 30 minutes early for
your first class so that one of our fitness trainers can teach you how
to wrap up and the nine punches and kicks you’ll encounter in our
workouts. We’ll always be available for any questions and will be
working out along with you during the class.
