No Experience, No Problem

At RockBox Fitness Rochester, absolutely no experience is required. We understand that boxing and kickboxing can be a bit intimidating to some. We make these sports accessible to all. Many of our members had no prior experience with punching and kicking before their first class. One of our certified trainers will walk you through the six punches and three kicks you need to know for our classes, and they’ll even teach you how to wrap your hands like a pro. During class, they’ll be working out right there with you and will make sure you understand each move.
